Peel the manioc, remove the center part and cut into small pieces
Put in a blender and blend until you get a puree
Add boiling water and strain through a coarse-mesh sieve
Discard the liquid and add the cassava mixture to the butter, beaten eggs, coconut milk, and sugar
Mix well
Grease a mold with a hole in the center, 2 cm in diameter, and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 60-70 minutes
Let it cool and demold.
