In a bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
Add the butter or margarine in small pieces and mix until crumbly
Separately, combine the milk with the egg and mix well with the previous mixture
Spread into a 22 cm diameter cake pan, greased
Top with pumpkin slices
Mix sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter or margarine and spread over pumpkin
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) for about 1 hour
Mix jelly with warm water and spread over the cake
Remove from the mold and let cool
Serve 8-10 pieces
