Beat the egg yolks and oil
Add sugar, honey, and beat well
Mix flour with yeast
Dissolve baking soda in coffee
Alternate adding flour and coffee to the honey mixture
Add cinnamon and mix well
Add chopped nuts or hazelnuts, beaten egg whites, and pour into a greased 25 cm diameter pan with a hole in the middle
Bake in a preheated moderate temperature oven (170°C) for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean
