150g dried plums

Grease a pudding mold with melted butter
In a large bowl, combine the flour and yeast
Add the granulated sugar, salt, warm milk, unsalted butter, and egg yolks
Beat until smooth
Add the dried plums, grated orange zest, and grated lemon zest
Mix well
Cover the bowl and let the mixture rest in a protected place for about 1 hour
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F)
Work the mixture with your hands for a few minutes
Pour it into the prepared pudding mold and bake for about 40 minutes
Demold the pudding and let it cool
Dust with caster sugar and serve.
