Beat the butter with the sugar until well combined
One at a time, add the egg yolks and beat until smooth
Add the flour, yeast, and orange juice
Mix until homogeneous
Set aside
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Fold into the batter gently
Grease a 30 x 40 cm baking dish with butter and dust with flour
Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25 minutes
Let cool before cutting into squares
If desired, before cooling, poke holes in the cake and drizzle with orange juice
Cut after cooled.
