Core the tomatoes and remove the seeds
Put them in a saucepan and cook, stirring occasionally
In another pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil or vegetable oil
Drain the tomatoes over the onion mixture
Moisten the bread with milk, add the tomato mixture with tuna and green peas
Let it simmer, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat and let it cool
Beat the whites until stiff
Add the yolks and mix well
Add the tomato mixture
Put in an English muffin tin greased
Bake in a water bath
When firm, remove from oven and let it cool
Unmold
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, black pepper, and garnish with mayonnaise to taste
Serve chilled
