In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate chips, hazelnuts (or substitute with croissant flakes), sweetened condensed milk, and instant whole milk
Mix until a dough forms
[Shape into] Truffles
Melt the milk chocolates according to the manufacturer's instructions and, using a fork, coat the truffles
Place them on a shallow tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate to set
