Sift the sugar, yeast, and cornstarch into a bowl
Add the butter and mix well
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing vigorously after each addition
Add the peanuts and beat until the mixture forms bubbles
Grease muffin tin with butter and fill each cup 1/2 full of batter
Arrange the brevidades in a baking dish, and if desired, dust the top of each one with finely ground peanuts
Bake at medium heat until golden.
