1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups whole milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Raspberry Mousse:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
4 tablespoons raspberry gelatin
3 1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup shredded coconut
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Confectioner's sugar to dust
Spoon Brigadeiro:

Spoon Brigadeiro:
In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, unsalted butter, and cocoa powder
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a soft-ball stage
Raspberry Mousse:
Combine the sweetened condensed milk, raspberry gelatin, whole milk, shredded coconut, and unsalted butter in a saucepan
Stir until the mixture dissolves from the saucepan
Distribute the spoon brigadeiro into cups and top with the raspberry mousse
Chill for 1 hour
Serve dusted with confectioner's sugar.
