1 bunch of broccoli

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon milk

Separate and cook the florets in boiling water with salt and oregano
Drain well
In a small saucepan, combine the mayonnaise, cheese, and milk
Stir over low heat until the cheese melts and the mixture is hot
Pour over the warm broccoli
Serve 4 portions
