Bring a steamer basket with water to a boil and let it steam
Place the cauliflower on top, cover, and cook for about 3 minutes
Add the broccoli, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still firm
Set aside
In a small skillet, heat the garlic over medium heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown (about 2 minutes)
Set aside
Combine the cooked vegetables in a bowl, season with salt and olive oil, and mix well
Spread the reserved garlic on top and serve immediately
