Wash the goat in cold water

In a container, place the goat and add 2 liters of hot water

Drain and pass through cold water to remove the strong smell from that meat

In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for five minutes or until they start to brown

Add the diced tomato and red wine
Mix and cook for 10 minutes or until the tomato starts to break down
Season with salt and add the meat
