In a greased refrigerator, spread the cream cheese
Beat it well with a spatula and cover with a layer of sweet strawberry jam in an even layer
Set aside
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and add grated coconut gradually while continuing to beat
Add lime zest and mix until a uniform meringue forms
Distribute the egg whites over the strawberry jam and place in a preheated oven until it starts to brown
Remove from the oven and let cool
