Beat the eggs lightly, add ricotta and mix well
Combine 1/4 cup of milk with wheat flour to make a paste
Add the remaining milk, corn, salt, pepper, and sugar to the previous mixture
Pour into an ungreased baking dish of 1 1/2 liter capacity
Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes
Remove from the oven, stir well, and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese
Bake for another 10 minutes
Sprinkle with paprika.
