Ingredients: 1 cup of sugar; 1/2 cup of chocolate chips; 2 tablespoons of cornstarch; 1/4 cup of cold water; 1 cup of boiling water

Directions

Mix together in a saucepan the sugar, chocolate chips, and cornstarch with 1/4 cup of cold water to form a paste

Add the boiling water and stir well

Bring to a boil, let it rise, and cook for 6 minutes

Remove from heat and let cool

Store in the refrigerator in a covered container

Let it chill for about 2 hours.
