Passe the tofu in cornstarch and lightly fry it with a little vegetable oil in a pan
Season the two meats separately with the seasoning ingredients
Cut the mushroom, red bell pepper and onion into strips. Reserve
Cook the soybean broth slightly, season and reserve
Tenderize the spinach slightly and reserve
Take two pieces of tofu and fill it with seasoned meat and tie it with a strip of spinach
Repeat the process until all the tofu is used up
In a stew pot, place the chopped onion at the bottom and the seasoned meat on top
Arrange the ingredients in the following order: red bell pepper, dried mushroom, spinach, soybean broth, carrot, everything cut into strips
For the final step, place the tofu in the middle of the stew pot
Pour in the beef stock and let it simmer until it boils
Turn off the heat and serve
