1 1/2 kg of clean macaroni (medium)
3 tablespoons of margarine
salt, pepper, green onion, and parsley to taste
1 can of passionfruit syrup
200 g of ham slices
200 g of cheese slices
1 liter of cream of milk
1 small glass of brandy
1 can of green corn
1 box of catupiry
1 bottle of coconut milk

Cook the shrimp with all spices and margarine
Then add the brandy, green corn, and passionfruit syrup
Let it simmer for a bit and then add the cream of milk and coconut milk
Let it cook some more
Remove from heat and place half of this mixture into a refrigerated mold
On top, place the ham and cheese
Cover with the remaining creme
Mix catupiry with butter and cover the shrimp creme
Put in a hot oven for about 10 minutes.
