Clean the crabs thoroughly, remove shells and entrails
Wash well
Open the crabs in half, horizontally, without separating one part from another
Place the open crabs on a tray, not stacking them on top of each other
Season with the ingredients above
Let it rest and then, holding the crabs by their tails, dip them in the batter below, frying them afterwards in hot oil
