1 1/2 to 2 kg of cleaned shrimp
2 lime juices
2 diced tomatoes, seedless
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup of coconut milk
1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro, chopped
4 green scallions, chopped
4 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of coconut milk or
1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of whole milk

In a pan, combine the onion, tomatoes, and butter
Heat it up and cook until the onion is soft
Add the tempered shrimp with lime juice, cilantro, green scallion, coconut milk, salt, and black pepper to taste
Cook for 7 minutes
Don't overcook, so the shrimp don't become tough
Serve 4 to 6 servings.
