4 slices of bread (brioche or baguette) 1 cm thick, toasted
4 tablespoons of butter
2 oranges peeled and cut into cubes
4 thick slices of cheddar cheese
grated zest of 1 orange

Spread the butter on the bread slices
Top with orange cubes
Place the cheddar cheese slices on top
Bake in a hot oven with the flame turned up for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown
Sprinkle with grated orange zest.
