125 g of beef sausage
250 g of salami
250 g of platter cheese
4 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 large jar of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
3 or 4 malagueta peppers
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Cut the tips off the peanuts and remove all the meat, without piercing the shells
Mince the salami, cheese, eggs, beef sausage, and onions in a meat grinder with a smooth blade
Add the seasonings, chopped onion, and mayonnaise, mixing well
If desired, add stuffed green olives
Stuff the peanuts, wrap them in aluminum foil, and refrigerate for one day to another
Cut into slices and serve.
