Grease and dust a baking sheet
Pour the mixture onto it and place in a hot oven
The mixture will start to darken, almost burning at the edges
When that happens, use a knife to remove small portions, forming caramel sticks approximately 5 cm long
Return the baking sheet to the oven for another operation, repeating until finished
The caramel sticks are then placed on parchment paper and wrapped in impermeable paper.
