1 1/2 to 2 kg of chuck roast
1 packet of onion soup
1 1/2 to 2 kg of chuck roast
1 packet of onion soup
Place a sheet of extra thick aluminum foil in a roasting pan
Put the meat in the center
Sprinkle the onion soup mixture evenly over the top of the meat and seal well
Roast in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 2 1/2 hours or more, until the meat is tender
Open one end of the package that wrapped around the meat, remove the juices and serve them separately with the meat
If desired, you can thicken it with a mixture of water and wheat flour.
