    Remove strips from a roebuck or red mullet (or cod fillets at the fish market). Place them in a baking dish and season with salt, black pepper, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, chopped leaves of 6 bunches of cilantro, and 1 cup of coconut milk. Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot). After 15 minutes, put the baking dish in. Bake for about 30 minutes or until, when inserting a fork, the fish separates into flakes. Serve hot.
