500g pork
1 egg
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Vegetable oil for frying
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups cold water
1 cup pineapple chunks cut into cubes
1 green pepper, cut into cubes

Cut the pork into squares. Reserve
Beat the egg
Mix the flour and salt
Pass the pork squares through the beaten egg and then in the flour mixture
Fry the pork in hot oil for 6 to 8 minutes, or until golden brown
Remove the pork from the pan and let it drain on paper towels
In a saucepan, combine the ketchup, vinegar, pineapple juice, hot sauce, and soy sauce
Bring to a boil
Mix the cornstarch with cold water and add to the saucepan, stirring constantly until thickened
Add the pork, pineapple chunks, and green pepper
Stir well and serve
Serves 4.
