1.3 kg of beef shreds
1 kg of red onion
80 ml of corn oil
1 tablespoon of sweet herb
2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons of green chili sauce
Pumpkin Sauce
2 kg of pumpkin cubed
1 coffee spoon of fried garlic
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of corn oil
1/2 coffee spoon of black pepper
1 coffee spoon of nutmeg
1/2 soup spoon of salt
1.3 kg of beef shreds
1 kg of red onion

Pumpkin Sauce
2 kg of pumpkin cubed

1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of corn oil
1/2 coffee spoon of black pepper
1 coffee spoon of nutmeg
1/2 soup spoon of salt
Let the beef soak for a day or two
Rinse the beef by changing the water three times
Put the beef in a pressure cooker and let it cook for 40 minutes
Shred the beef under hot water, discarding the fat
Set aside
Peel the onion and cut into fine slices
Set aside
Heat the oil in a pan
When hot, add the onion and sweet herb
Let brown, stirring to prevent burning
When the onion is fried, add the shredded beef
Mix well and season
Sprinkle with green chili sauce and cilantro

Pumpkin Sauce
Put the pumpkin in a pan with garlic and water
Let it cook for 40 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until the desired consistency is reached.
