Steam the pumpkin slices for about 2 minutes
They should be cooked but still slightly crunchy
Arrange them in a fan shape on the serving plate
On the side, mix together the yogurt, olive oil, cumin, salt, ginger, and pepper
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
Pour the sauce over the pumpkin slices, garnish with green onion and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
