Directions

In a bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, and egg yolks whole

Beat until foamy, then add the flour and mix carefully

Grease a baking sheet and dust with sugar; shape into mounds using 1/2 teaspoon for each

Place in a hot oven (200°F) and bake

Remove the puffs still warm from the baking sheet and let cool

Pair always two puffs with gelato.
