1 cup of mayonnaise
1 kg of cooked crab meat
8 individual crab rillettes or shell cups

Mix the peppers, salt, black pepper, mustard, eggs, and mayonnaise
Add the crab meat and mix carefully
Fill the crab rillettes without overfilling
Cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 1 hour and 5 minutes
Serve immediately or let it cool, then refrigerate and serve cold
This yields 8 portions.
