Step 1
In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion
Add the shrimp, razor clams, cod, polvo crumbs, squid, and mussels
Pour in the egg yolks and flambe
Step 2
Add the heavy cream and tomato sauce
Mix well and cook for approximately 10 minutes
Season and serve with white rice.
