1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin - 10g
1 and 1/2 cups of water - 360ml
1 jar of dietary Damascus jelly
7 egg whites - 38g each

Soak the gelatin in cold water
Place it in a warm water bath to dissolve
Combine the jelly and whip until smooth
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the gelatin mixture and mix carefully
Pour into a glass container and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes
If desired, spread some jelly on the inside of the glass before adding the mixture, to decorate
Serve in 4 to 6 portions
