Peel the chuchus, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds
Boil them with salt
Line a baking dish with lettuce leaves and place the six cooked chuchu halves on top
Mash the eggs and combine with sardines, mixing everything lightly
Mix in some sauce and fill the chuchu cavities with this filling
Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top and garnish with tomato slices
Serve chilled
