Mix the chopped onion and water together and bring to a thick paste consistency
Cut the tomatoes into four parts and remove the seeds
Place the tomatoes in the sauce and cook until the skins start to soften
Turn off the heat and add the vinegar
Let it cool and serve with roasted meats.
