2 tablets of bittersweet chocolate
50g, dark cocoa butter (available at pharmacies)
2 tablets of bittersweet chocolate

Place the chocolate in a small saucepan, broken into pieces and bring to a warm heat in a water bath, until melted
Melt the dark cocoa butter in the same way
Once well melted, mix the two ingredients together, stirring until it starts to thicken
Dip orange sticks and remove with the aid of another stick
Let it cool on a greased surface.
