1 kg of lamb cutlets

1 cup of wheat flour
2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup of chopped onion
2 cups of water
1 kg of lamb cutlets

Remove excess fat from the lamb cutlets
Brush with mustard
Sprinkle with wheat flour, salt, and pepper
Heat the olive oil
Fry the lamb cutlets in the oil until browned on both sides
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the lamb cutlet
Cover and cook low heat until the meat is tender
