1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into small strips (500g)

4 cloves garlic, minced
300 grams peas (small and tender)
1 tablespoon grated ginger
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Season the chicken with salt and set aside
In a large skillet, heat the butter with olive oil over high heat
Add the chicken and cook for about five minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned
Add the garlic, peas, and ginger and cook for another five minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked through
Add water to the skillet, cover it, and simmer until the chicken is tender
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
