6 pork chops, double thickness
1 1/2 cups of cornmeal
1 1/2 cups of pancake mix
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons of chopped green onion
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
3 tablespoons of milk
fat
6 pork chops, double thickness

Make a slit in each pork chop, forming a pocket where the filling can be placed
Mix all ingredients except for the fat and mix well
Stuff each pork chop with this mixture and secure with toothpicks
Baste the pork chops with fat, season, add a little water, and bake in a moderate oven in the same pan for about 1 hour or until the meat is tender.
