1 medium spinach
"1/2 teaspoon of salt"
"1/4 cup of butter or margarine"
Grated Parmesan cheese
To taste pepper

Cook the entire spinach until it's tender, but be careful not to tear it apart
Drain well
Season with salt and place in a dish
Pour melted butter or margarine over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper
Serve 4-6 servings.
