4 cups (chopped) of roasted agria
2 tablespoons of wheat flour

1 1/3 cup (chopped) of milk

4 tablespoons of chopped parsley

In a pan, mix the flour and oil
Stir for 1 minute and add 1 cup of boiling milk
Stir and reserve
Moisten the pork with the remaining milk, drain it and join the agria, egg yolks, butter, cheese, parsley, and salt
Pour in the reserved cream and stir well
Beat the egg whites until fluffy, fold them into the agria cream and transfer it to a greased and floured refrigerator dish
Bake in a medium oven at 350°F (180°C) or until the surface is golden brown
