In a stand mixer, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form
Add the sugar slowly, while continuing to beat, until stiff peaks form
Combine the sweetened condensed milk and mix with a spatula

Spread 1/3 of the cream in the refrigerator and cover with layers of half the meringue, half the banana slices, and half the passion fruit pulp

Cover with another third of the cream mixture and repeat the layers, finishing with the cream
Decorate with meringue shavings and refrigerate for six hours before serving.
