In a 20 cm diameter heatproof bowl, mix the chocolate and milk
Bake in a high-temperature oven for 3 minutes or until the chocolate melts
Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a hand whisk until smooth
Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until the mixture is creamy at the center and firm around the edges
Let it cool down and serve with ice cream
