1 tablet of bittersweet chocolate, chopped (200g)
1/2 cup whole milk (120ml)
1/4 cup unsalted butter at room temperature (50g)
1/3 cup sugar (60g)
3 lightly beaten eggs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30g)
4 small scoops of cream ice cream (200g - for serving)

In a 20cm diameter bowl, mix the chocolate and milk and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until the chocolate melts
Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon (chicote) to obtain a smooth and creamy texture
Microwave again on high for 2 minutes or until it is still creamy in the center and firm at the edges, then let cool slightly
Let it cool completely before serving with the ice cream
