4 medium-sized mangos, peeled, seeded, and cut into thick slices

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Mix the raspberries and mango juice in a refrigerator-safe bowl
Cover well and microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes
Add the mangos
Cover again and cook on high for 4 to 7 minutes, until the mangos are tender
Pulse the mixture in a food processor or blender
Add the yogurt and vanilla extract and blend until smooth
To serve, place 1/3 cup in each serving dish and refrigerate until ready to serve
Serve chilled
