Cut the manioc into pieces, peel and cook it in sufficient water to become mushy
In a saucepan, combine the water, condensed milk, and eggs
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the point of boiling
Remove from heat and transfer the cream to a bowl
Gradually, process the drained manioc along with some cream and beat until uniform
Place in a bowl and repeat the operation until all the manioc and cream are used up
Add the vanilla extract and mix well
Cover and refrigerate
