Place a small amount of whipped cream on each crepe
Roll them up tightly and place in a refrigerator-safe mold
Dust with confectioner's sugar
Heat the oven to warm it well
Pour hot raspberry liqueur over the top and ignite
Let burn for 6 seconds
If the liqueur doesn't flambe, add a little cognac.
