Batter the ingredients in a blender
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, greased with a little butter
Cook for about 2 minutes or until the edges start to brown, then flip
Repeat on the other side and reserve
Filling
In a bowl, mix ricotta with cream of milk and oregano
Add chicken breast in cubes, Minas cheese, and mix
Place in the center of the reserved dough and fold into four parts (like an envelope)
Heat the skillet over medium heat and cook for about 1 minute on each side.
