Combine the mashed vegetables with the breaded ham; season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of parsley
Add the chopped parsley, nutmeg, and beaten egg to the mixture
If necessary, add a little milk to prevent the mixture from becoming too dry
Shape small croquettes by rolling them between your hands
Dust the outside with flour, dip in the beaten egg, and coat again with flour
