Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic, minced
10 green olives, sliced

Toast the bread in the oven
Mix together the olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl
Brush each toasted slice with this mixture on both sides
Season with salt and pepper
Arrange the crostini on a platter and top with garlic and green olives
