2 cups of warm water
1/3 cup of black olive, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup of palm heart, chopped
1/2 cup of cooked green beans
Salt, black pepper, and sausage to taste

Line the bottom of a casserole dish with black olives, tomatoes, and palm heart

In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until softened
Add the tomato and cook until it breaks down
Add the bean, peppers, black pepper, and salt

Mix in the warm water and cook until the vegetables are tender

Remove from heat and add the sausage, olives, palm heart, and green beans

Add the cornmeal to the mixture, stirring until it forms a thick paste

Spread into the casserole dish and press down with the back of a spoon.
