Preheat the oven to 220°C (very hot)
In a 23 cm x 35 cm baking dish, season the picanha with salt, garlic, and black pepper
Place the dish in the preheated oven for 40 minutes
Brush the meat with half of the orange juice, let it cook for 15 minutes, then add another half of the orange juice
Flip the picanha, pour in the remaining orange juice, and bake for an additional 20 minutes
Leave it in the oven for another 35 minutes
Slice into portions and serve hot
